You mislead me with the price of the car. When I asked for out the door (OTD) price, you told me the price in an email which said total price and also OTD price. But I didn't catch that it DID NOT include taxes. Then after I questioned about this after I sent the check, you tell me Missouri dealerships don't collect taxes. Then I had to keep calling your dealership to find out when you were shipping it and if you got the check as it was delayed over night. Your salesperson told me he would call when the check came and when the hauler picked up the vehicle. He told me at that time maybe Wednesday but he would call. After waiting til late in the day Wednesday,around 530pm, I call and he told me the check came and the hauler was on his way. He then said he was too busy to call me. This was after ge told me he wanted me to be a happy customer. We'll I wasn't. Then when the vehicle showed up, they did not send a temporary license so I could drive the vehicle! I went to get a license in PA but they didn't send the right paperwork so I could do that. So NOW, I can't drive my new vehicle for 5 days because they couldn't send anything overnight on Saturday even though it was early enough to get to a post office. They say they will send it Monday which means if I'm lucky , I'll get it late Tuesday afternoon as our mail comes then. I asked to be compensated for them not doing the paperwork right and gor not being able to drive my NEW car, as I paid $499 dollars to have done. But do far , nothing! I'm out of sight , out of mind. Be very leary of buying from here!
